Our Tuesday Two Hundred takes us to Lake Highlands Estates, a cute 1955 cottage at 10655 Longmeadow Dr.

This 3-2 has 1,715 square feet and lots of vintage touches, like well-maintained original bathrooms and beautiful hardwoods. It’s newly on the market, and in a great neighborhood. It’s also in the Lake Highlands Elementary School attendance zone, rated “8” by GreatSchools.org.

It was listed Jan. 28 by Eloise Martin with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate for $297,000. Let’s take a look inside!

Curb appeal is one of this home’s biggest selling features—the Midcentury red/pink brick, neat landscaping, and mature tree are darling.

Inside, the home has good flow (the staging of the front room with the bookcases makes it look smaller than it is), and the hardwoods carry through the common areas. The kitchen was updated in 2013, though there’s a little  room for improvement with the appliances. The second living room has a pink brick fireplace and two huge windows, and the two bathrooms are vintage, one with ice blue tile and one with mint green tiles. All quite cute.

In the back, there’s a wood deck off the kitchen and large backyard with wood privacy fence.

Overall, this house is pretty adorable, with a good amount of space indoors and out. What do you think? Is $297K the right asking price? Leave us a comment!

So nice to see this great home again. I staged it years ago. The living room had blue walls and blue carpet. We had the seller paint and uncovered the hardwoods! Happy to see it still looks great!
