The Preston Forest home at 12101 Madeleine Cir. has undergone massive renovations and is elegant and impressive in its new state. These are really beautiful homes. I think I would enjoy going to open houses but I don’t because I don’t want to waste the agent’s time.
Isn’t it considered incorrect to attend an open house if you know there’s no chance you’ll buy the property?

Never say never! That is so thoughtful of you, Brian, to think of not wasting the agents time because yes, so many do. The Looky-loos. But then again, you never know. I always say real estate is like love. You just never know when a property is going to strike a chord in your heart at the right time. So in that respect, most seasoned agents don’t mind having lookers. You may even talk about the house to someone who is buying!
