The 2015 Spring Modern Home Tour will open four modern homes in Oak Lawn, Knox-Henderson, Uptown East, and Northeast Dallas from architects Ron Womack, Josh Nimmo, Rucker Hill Design, and builder Jordan Pierce. The tour, which is on June 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., is presented by ModernDallas.net and benefits the incredible programming of the Dallas Architecture Forum. These homes represent some of the finest residential architecture in Dallas, according the the Forum, and they demonstrate that excellence in design is not limited by size or dollars.
Tickets for the tour are $20 per person in advance from modernhometourdallas.com and will be available at Will Call at all four homes on the day of the tour.  Tickets can also be purchased the day of the tour with cash or check only for $25 at each of the tour houses.  Children 12 and under are free.

After 25 years raising two sons (delivered by Dr. Evans!) in a large traditional home in Plano, my husband and I like the idea of a clean, modern nest for the empty nest years! This tour sure would provide a lot of inspiration! Please pick us!!

I drive by the Douglas and Annex ones occasionally and just love how beautiful they are. Ron Womack’s townhomes in the Uptown area are so bright inside and attractive outside. We would love to see all these houses on the tour.
