Two things you need to know about Rogers Healy and Associates agent Kristen Muller: 1. She has a killer sense of humor. 2. We can’t wait for her forthcoming self-help book about how to become a top agent. (You’ll have to read more about that below!)

This Park Cities native is definitely the Realtor you want when you want someone to help you through all of the ups and downs that come with buying or selling a house in our incredibly competitive market. In fact, Kristen reminds us a lot of Jeff Lindigrin of Great Western Home Loans, who not only has a fantastic sense of humor (listen to his weekly Real Estate Happy Hour radio show on KLIF (Saturdays at 4 p.m.!) to hear what we mean) but he goes the extra mile for his clients. What has your lender done for you lately? See what you’re missing and call Jeff Lindigrin at Great Western Home Loans today.

CandysDirt.com: So where are you from?
Kristen Muller: University Park

CD: So, how did you get into real estate? What’s your specialty?
KM: I have always been interested in houses since the days of Pampered Chef Parties in big beautiful houses. My specialty is always being authentic, not cooking.

CD: How do you stay sharp in a challenging market?
KM: Challenging is to real estate as blonde is to my hair dye. “Challenging” is a matter of perspective, just like in every aspect in life, all that really matters is you can trust the person that is advising you on your biggest (or blondest) asset.

CD: Where is home for you in Dallas?
KM: 4925 Greenville Ave., Suite 360. AKA #RHAdfw

CD: And you drive a … let me guess, Range Rover?
KM: One word. Uber.

CD: What’s your favorite ‘hood in Dallas and why?
KM: HP that’s my ‘hood, slinging all the homes, put my number in your phone. Representing HP ’06!!

CD: What was your best/highest sale?
KM: This is an impossible question to answer because each home I’ve sold has taken me to a higher level, price is really irrelevant. As long as my clients have the best experience and are in the best home for them, I’m high as a kite!

CD: Likewise, what was your most challenging or memorable transaction?
KM: Its all in my upcoming book, Skills You Need to be a Top Agent: Psychologist, Comedian, Wine Enthusiast, Stager, Couples Counselor, Window Washer, Mind Reader, Dog Walker, Magician, and Most Importantly Always be Ready For Anything.

CD: Tell us: What was the most interesting thing to happen to you while working with a client?
KM: I don’t think it’s appropriate for your website … lets just say, someone was naked and creepy. (Hint: Not me!)

CD: How quickly have you ever turned a house?
KM: In to what?

CD: How much did you sell last year?
KM: Is this where I can plug my 2014 transition to Rogers Healy and Associates?! Because I am! We sold over $125 million last year and let me tell you we are on fire this year. Honesty, there is not a better group of agents in D-FW, it’s hard to feel like you are at work even when you’re at the office until 8 p.m. every Friday.

CD: What words of wisdom do you often share with clients?
KM: Its okay to drink as much wine as necessary when de-cluttering, but DO IT! Take down your pictures people, and throw your glass animal collection in a box; just think of it as starting to pack up for your new home, which I’ll find! Duh!

CD: If you ever change careers for an encore you’ll…
KM: I’m having way to much fun now to even comprehend another career. I wake up everyday ready for my phone to ring about a house. That’s pretty hard to beat!

CD: Do you have a second home? If so, where?
KM: My bed.
