    A drug dealer owned that house prior to 2009. It was a foreclosure before being updated. As a foreclosure, it had a 12 camera security system. Don’t forget about the high tension power line that crosses the back yard.

    I think your neighbor got taken for a ride. Wire doesn’t take up any room and any routers needed can just be in a closet. In fact I wouldn’t want them in the attic because of the heat. I have a 1971 rancher in the same neighborhood and had no problems…

      Could be. The rancher was a circa mid fifties in my hood and this was the report I got from the homeowner. Now in our old house on Park Lane, circa 1936, we had a lot of problems with getting wiring from one side to the other. Perhaps the new wireless is light years ahead!
