some of my fave builders

We just have iphone pictures, but more are coming from Saturday night’s spectacular 2014 ARC Awards where the top home builders in Dallas were honored, feted and recognized. Each summer the annual Dallas ARC awards recognize home building excellence by associate members, remodelers and custom home builders who are members of the Association. Winners were named in 50 categories including Best Green Built Home, Best New Home, Remodeler of the Year and Custom Builder of the Year.

And our CandysDirt.com approved homebuilders just ran off with all the prizes! I am so proud of them!

I am so happy to report that Urban Classic Homes, a CandysDirt approved builder who we have known and loved for YEARS, was named Custom Builder of the Year!

USI Design & Remodeling was honored as Remodeler of the Year.

Greico Homes, another CandysDirt.com builder, won for Best Website and Best Kitchen Remodel Under $35,000 and in several other categories. William Michael Turner (note: I aways call Michael William because of his movie-star like qualities!) and Tom Greico, pictured above with the president of the Dallas Home Building Association, Jeff Dworkin, grabbed so many prizes I bet they had to bring in trucks to haul away all the accolades

Mark Molthan grabbed a lot of prizes, as did Tim Jackson Custom Homes. Thomas Development and Construction won in the best bath remodel $50,000 yo $75,000. Way to go! We’ll have more fun photos to post later in the week.

Congratulations to all the ARC winners!

Ok, Candy almost makes up for your not being there! But…..it’s Michael Turner…. William was his brother in Pirates of the Carribean!

He’s a movie star to me, like all my home builders!

Great “recovery”! We must have just missed each other at PIRCH G.O. last night. As you have reported, that is an Incredible upper end showroom!
