After 38 years occupying just 4,100 square feet at 8333 Douglas Avenue, the Preston Center office of Ebby Halliday Realtors is expanding to more than double its capacity.

“This high-visibility, contemporary office is being built for the future,” says Ebby Halliday Companies CFO Ron Burgert. “It offers an exceptional location and is a statement of our commitment to serving Dallas and the Park Cities for years to come.”

Located across the street from the Park Cities Hilton and right next door to the Shelton highrise building, the new space will include 10,000 square feet of private offices and and collaborative conference space that will feature high-tech solutions for everyday business. The new space, designed by Michael Twichell and decorated by Gary Owens, will open Oct. 1.

“Our new office offers experienced, high-quality agents a sophisticated atmosphere and the latest technology in a much-sought-after Preston Center location,” says Preston Center Office sales manager Ginger Gill. “All of us at the Ebby Halliday Companies are excited about this significant, long-term commitment to this premier Dallas neighborhood.”

The Preston Center location is home to 79 agents and primarily serves neighborhoods south of LBJ Freeway, including Preston Hollow, the Park Cities, Uptown, Intown, East Dallas, and Oak Cliff. The new office will accommodate approximately 100 agents, Gill says.
