This home is a fantastic rental for someone building their dream home and in need of temporary housing, or someone who decided to capitalize in our scorching market and is still looking for the perfect house to move into. And if access and amenities are what you want, you really can’t beat this location.

This is one of those rentals that, when you come across it, you feel like you’ve struck gold! It’s only been on the market for two days, and considering how sought-after the Meadows is, well, I give it a week, max.

There are built-ins around every corner, something you’d expect from a 1960s era ranch. There’s tons of living space, with formals and casual living. Right now the formal dining room is being used as an office, but it would be completely grand remade into a beautiful place to host dinner parties.

This gorgeous one-story home is “move-in ready,” words that every relocating executive wants to hear. And this area is excellent for families, with great private school campuses nearby and fantastic shopping off Walnut Hill and 75. You’ll adore being close to Royal Oaks Country Club and the great parks in the area.

Another bonus to this home is the updated kitchen, which includes granite, fresh cabinetry, stainless steel, and an island cooktop with plenty of prep area. It’s a little closed off from the rest of the home, but you’ll still be able to enjoy all the storage, thanks to the butler’s pantry.
