Thursday Three Hundred: Budget-Friendly Craftsman Has a Too-Cute Kitchen, Incredible Master Suite

Here’s a house that makes me just swoon! This Winnetka Heights Craftsman at 200 N. Windomere is totally flirty, especially that master suite!

Like most too-cute Oak Cliff homes, this one is marketed by Crystal Gonzalez of David Griffin & Co. Seriously, she seems to get the best listings! This adorable house, which has three bedrooms, two baths, and more than 2,000 square feet, is priced at a recently reduced $334,000. I think that might be the sweet spot for this listing.

This house is fully updated, unlike a lot of homes in Winnetka Heights, which are usually bought as fixer-uppers by young couples and flippers. This house, though, was loved by a woman, which you can see in the fuschia paint in the workout room and the mirrored vanity in the master bath.

The living areas are so fresh and bright, too. I love the fireplace, which, thank goodness, didn’t get the customary coat of white paint that is so prevalent these days! The dining area is beautiful, too, and I love that light fixture!

Now, the kitchen is almost perfect. I love the stainless counter tops, the white cabinets, the stainless appliances, and the skylights, but that just doesn’t seem like enough storage to me. Maybe there’s a gigantic walk-in pantry behind one of the doors, which would definitely help the situation. The tile in the breakfast nook, though, is adorable, as is the full-wall chalkboard.

Upstairs you’ll find the epic master suite. The bedroom feels more like a conservatory with all of those windows! Beautiful! The beadboard ceiling is great, and the chandelier is so glam!

Speaking of glam, check out that master bath! The mirrored tall dresser is beautiful, too. Of course, in a bathroom such as this one you have to have a claw-foot tub. It would look odd without one!

Those who entertain friends frequently will love the back deck. It’s a really great outdoor space that is perfect for a bistro set and a barbecue.

So, what do you think of this house? Is it priced right?
