Monday Morning Millionaire III: Enjoy French Country Estate Living in Kessler Parks

Share News:

We haven’t featured a home in Oak Cliff in a few weeks, and 1504 Argonne in Kessler Park is the perfect opportunity to highlight this great (and relatively affordable!) high-end neighborhood.

This French country estate, marketed by Robert Kucharski of David Griffin Realtors, is simply beautiful. The 3,765-square-foot home sits on 0.59 acres with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and is within walking distance of Twelve Hills Nature Center.

This home is so classic, with beautiful wood trim and plenty of windows. It was built in 1933 and has been updated where it counts and preserved elsewhere. The kitchen is thoroughly modern, with gorgeous cabinets, an island, and new stainless appliances.

There’s even a wine cellar, which looks so huge that you’d have to practice some real restraint when it comes to wine drinking if you want to actually fill it.

The bedrooms are places where you would sleep. I mean, they are four walls with doors, you know? Some have built-in book cases, too.

It’s the bathrooms, with the high-contrast tile that set me aglow. I love that, even though trends tell sellers to renovate for “spa-like” master baths, this home has the cute checkerboard floor. Steals my heart!

The backyard garden is gorgeous, and I love the shape of the pool, too. Even though this home is on less than an acre, it still feels secluded thanks to the lush landscaping that surrounds the home.
