Thursday Three Hundred: With This Traditional on Santa Maria, You’ll Wonder Where The Nina and Pinta Are

Holy updates, Batman! This sweet little traditional at 6927 Santa Maria looks brand-spanking new inside even though it was built back in 1964. The home feels huge, too, with more than 1,700 square feet that includes three bedrooms, two full baths, two living areas, and a gigantic backyard.

You know how much we love Lakewood, and this home is so close to the lake in Williamson Caruth Terrace. The schools are on the upswing, too. So you won’t mind paying the $359,000 price tag because, hey, you’re going to save a ton on private school tuition!

This little gem has everything a young family wants, too. Trust me, as the mother of a 9-month-old, I am in love with the den and glass doors that peek through to the backyard. It’s a perfect place for a playdate!

And the bathrooms are gorgeous, too. The master has clean lines and bright white subway tile in the shower. And marble countertops, too! When mom has had too much kid time, she can retreat here for a nice, hot, relaxing shower!

And here’s something every family MUST HAVE: A mudroom! You have the perfect place for all of that sports equipment and dirty shoes!

Act fast, because I have a feeling that Allie Beth Allman agent Gina Howell isn’t going to have to wait too long to get top dollar for this beauty!

I like the openness of the floorplan with the kitchen and the living area in one room essentially. I'm claustrophobic and homes in this era usually have the kitchen off in some tiny room. As a Mom with 2 young kids, I especially love the long driveway with lots of concrete. It is a great place for them to ride scooters/bikes and not have to worry about them being in the street. That backyard is nicely shaded too. This would compensate for their small bedrooms since they would be outside most of the time.
