Ask Candy: I’m Looking for a New Place To Live AND a Husband!

Share News:

Dear Candy:

I’m looking for a new place to live and a husband.  I figure you help so many people out with housing, maybe you can try your hand at husbands while you’re at it! If you know of any suitable candidates for either, please let me know, lol!  Here is what I am looking for in BOTH:

I want to move out of West Kessler, where I am currently renting.  Open to suggestions, but I want to be back in Park Cities (first choice) or surrounding area (Preston Hollow).  Here’s the tough part: I need to pay even less than what I am paying over here ($1300 a month plus utilities) …so am thinking my best option is someone with a fully equipped guest house who would love to have someone on the property watching it if they travel a lot, like to their second home.  $1000 would be ideal. I’m a great tenant — quiet, neat, super OCD. Are there any companies that specialize in placing tenants in guest homes?

As for the husband: 45 and up, divorced/widowed with kids and living in Park Cities or Preston Hollow.  Family man who wants and needs a work at home wife and mom.  The bar was set pretty low by my ex,  so almost anyone will be an improvement!

To tell the truth, I might be pickier about where I live than the husband. Thanks so much!

PS: That is not a photo of me, but I won’t tell!

Honey, you have to love yourself first before you look to pull anyone else in to the mix. Find a great place to live, work on loving you and then the husband will happen! Let Go and Let God 🙂
