Help This Poor Tennis Coach Find a Court, Then Turn That Court Into A Piggy Bank

So it’s really hot. And if you want to teach tennis, you have to either get on this air- conditioned court inside the $10 million dollar plus house of Veruschka and Thomas Dundon overlooking Northwest Highway, or get on the court really, really early. I’ve got this great tennis coach who seeks a private court to teach lessons on. Here’s the deal: he’ll pay a homeowner up to $100 a month for the use of their court when they are not using it. And he’ll offer discounted lessons to the whole darn family — free to the kiddos. Pretty good deal, no? He even carries his own insurance. I see 3 tennis courts around me every day that are never used. So how about it, homeowners with private courts: turn that tennis court into a piggy bank!
